Shipping and Handling:
We offer flat rate shipping cost of $16.50 for an order below $200.00, and free shipping for orders above $200.00 within Canada(excluding territories). Oversized/overweight orders may incur additional shipping charges, in which we will contact you before shipping the item for these.
Shipping & Returns
Yukon, NWT and Nunavut customers, please note shipping will only be charged after we calculate the exact shipping from the carrier. The cost is determined on the allowance for free shipping minus the actual cost(we cover a part of it like if we would of shipped it to Toronto).
FT86 Motorsports is not responsible for products lost or damaged during the shipping process. We ask that you please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the shipping company that delivered the item, aka the guy standing there handing you the box. If the box shows signs of possible damage open it right in front of the Carrier's employee and inspect the item. FT86 Motorsports does not handle any damage requests. Only you can make the claim with the shipping company as that's what the shipping company requires. If you're ordering something that you want insurance on, please contact us and we can add insurance to the item. Items we suggest insurance on are all carbon fiber pieces and other fragile parts.

All orders placed as one order are shipped all together when the order is complete and ready to ship, no partial shipments.
Change of address - We do not allow change of address for new customers, we must have an established order history for us to ship to a different address then the billing address.

Canceling an order:
We only allow orders that have not shipped yet to be canceled. To cancel an order please email sales@ft86motorsports.com with your full name, order ID, reason for canceling, and the part or parts you want to cancel. A fee will apply to order cancellations, typically these are charges a vendor may charge us for canceling an order. Fee's range from 6%-25% of the original price which is what it costs us to process your original transaction.
Credit card company's get their money no matter what, so if you want to cancel there is a fee and that fee is what they take on the transaction which is 3%. Then we charge 3% for our time to process and do that accounting work, for a total of 6% minimum on cancellations.
We believe this is fair since you clicked on the order button and typed your information in as we have to pay the staff to process these cancellations. It is your responsibility to ensure the parts you are ordering are correct. You are given a confirmation page with a list of parts before checking out. Any changes to an order can hold it up and cause other complications. If you are unsure about an item please e-mail us or conduct the research you need to be sure it is what you want or need.
Special order items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Special order lead time seen on the description of our items are ESTIMATIONS, the lead time might change depending on supplier's stock level, availability and carrier problems.
Partial Options at checkout:
a) "Do not partial ship(ship when complete)" means we will not ship your order until it's 100% complete and ready to ship.
b) "Auto-Partial ship only shipment of items with $200.00 or more" means we will ship partial only when the accumulated or in stock items have a subtotal of $200.00 or more.
c) "Auto-Partial even below $200.00 and charge me shipping." means we will ship as ANY items become available, if the subtotal of said shipment of items is below $200.00 we will charge shipping to your method of payment. Flat rate for orders below $200.00 is $16.50 CAD + tax.
Returns or exchanging of parts:
Not the exactly what you thought it would be, or didn't end up needing the item? We accept returns and exchanges of items that meet the following rules:
1. Item must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
2. Products must be in original packaging and in a new condition, sealed and never opened. We can not sell a new part to someone that is not new. Imagine how you would feel getting a box with oil/grease/missing stickers and etc...
3. Any product that was used or partially installed is non-returnable. This goes back to being in new condition.
4. A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all returns that are not due to the error of FT86 Motorsports or the manufacturer of the item(s).
5. The RMA number must be marked on the returned box. Sharpies work perfectly. (Do not write on the actual item box, just on the brown box you send it back in.)
6. Shipping Fees are not refundable as we paid the carrier.
7. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items include:
Electronics
Turbo Kits
Mounted Wheels and Tires
Any Truck Freighted Parts
Note: We usually take back products directly. If the item was shipped directly from the factory, we will work with you to return to their location. Higher restocking fees may apply on these types of returns. We only pass on the cost charged to us.
Exchange of parts:
Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need exchanged (email: sales@ft86motorsports.com to let us know). We will personally handle these issues. We will be more than happy to exchange it for you as fast as possible. We will cover all shipping charges in this situation to make it right. We cannot cover 3rd party charges such as labor charges associated with incorrect parts though. Please double check to make sure you received the correct item.
My item broke. I can't race now:
We hate broken parts especially in the middle of a race. Unfortunately that is racing though and it happens. If your item is defective, you must contact the manufacturer of the product to get it repaired or replaced. FT86Motorsports does not warranty any products at this time. Warranties are honored through the original manufacturer only. We can provide you with contact information for any of our vendors for this if you need. We want to see you back out there doing what you love as soon as possible.
