This cooler kit has been designed and tested to ensure that the factory transmission is kept cool during hard driving whether during spirited driving or lapping sessions at your local track. Initial testing by Stark Performance showed that the factory cooling circuit is inadequate for hard driving but luckily the factory cooling circuit has sufficient flow and pressure to allow the addition of an auxiliary air/oil cooler without the need or expense of an additional pump.
