This can be found by checking the stock status above the price on the item page. If it says "In Stock" we have it ready to go out from us in Limoges, Ontario(Ottawa Region). If it says "SPECIAL ORDER, USUALLY SHIPS WITHIN 10 TO 15 BUSINESS DAYS" this item could be ready to ship direct from the manufacturer or could have a serious back order lead time.
As soon as your items are received(if a special order), processed, packed and shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking information.
